Q: How long will shipping normally take? Generally all products are shipped out to our customers within 1-3 business days. The order then normally gets to our customers within one to ten business days. However, a customer can pay more for overnight and express delivery.
Q: How much is shipping & handling? Some products on GrabCart.com qualify for free shipping while some don't. Shipping & handling is normally calculated based on where the customer lives, the weight and/or the price of the product. The best way to find out the cost of shipping & handling is to actually click on the
button on the product page and enter your shipping details. You will then
be taken to a confirmation page containing your order details, shipping &
handling cost and total order cost. You will then have the option to
cancel or continue to finalize your order.
Q: Where can I find more details about my order? All information about your order can be obtained by logging into your account at:https://www.grabcart.com/myaccount When you login to your account, click on the "Buying Section" link in the navigation menu to the left. From there you will be able to view a list of all of your orders. Afterwards just click on the order you wish to view more details about and a page will open containing the specific order's details.
