Q: How can I list my products on sale?

In order to start listing your products, you first need to create a merchant account with us.  It will not cost you anything to create a merchant account nor are there any hidden fees.  Once you have created your account, you will receive simple instructions on how to start listing your products as soon as possible.  Our system is unique, simple and straight forward.

Q: Is it free to list on GrabCart.com?

Yes, it is free to list and upload as many products a merchant wishes on GrabCart.com.  The only time we do charge our merchants is when we successfully deliver a sale to them.  We free our merchants from the stress of worrying too much about expenses like listing costs, CPC (cost per click) or cost per impression.  Instead we have designed our system to be realistic, cost effective and guarantee to our merchants that they gain before we do.  To view more details about our sales commissions, click here.

Q: Can anybody be a merchant at GrabCart.com?

You have to meet the following conditions to be a merchant at GrabCart.com:

- Be able to ship to United States or Canada.
- Must have legit products to sell.
- Must be honest, reliable and provide customer support to our customers.
- Must be over 18 years of age.

Q: Can I sell used or refurbished products?

Yes, you can sell a product that has been used or refurbished.  However, you need to state the condition of the product in the "condition" column within your inventory/data feed you submit to us.  All products, whether new, used or refurbished, must be in working and functional condition.  If your product does not function or work you are not authorized to sell it on GrabCart.com.

Q: What is an inventory/data feed?

An inventory/data feed is a spread sheet file containing a list of all of your products.  The inventory/data feed must be delimited either by tab or comma into multiple columns.  The first row/line of the inventory/data feed must contain the column headings/names for your inventory/data feed.  Starting from second row/line you can start listing each one of your products in each row/line.  Please make sure you enter in each row each information of your product into the corresponding column defined in the first row/line.

Q: How do I send my inventory/data feed to you?

The following is a list of all the possible methods we can receive your inventory/data feed:

Downloading - we can download your inventory/data feed daily from a defined web URL or ftp server.
Uploading - the merchant can upload his/her inventory/data feed to our ftp server provided.
Email - the merchant can send his/her updated inventory/data feed to us via email.

We prefer that all inventory/data feeds be zipped (compressed) before we download it or is sent to us.  However, this is not a requirement, but a recommendation.
