This extremely loud compact wedge is specifically optimized for use on the floor and can be used with the baffle at either 50° or 40° for maximum application flexibility. The proprietary 12" woofer with 3" voice coil provides extra high output at 80Hz, making the EM378 sound much larger than it appears. The smooth 2" high frequency driver is mounted on a vertical format 40°x60° degree horn and is combined with the woofer using very steep crossover slopes to minimize floor reflections. Onstage, a unique low profile elite design makes this monitor less of a viewing obstruction for front-row audience members. It features a rugged construction with heavy curved metal grilles, recessed handles with metal corner protectors, and durable black carpet covering.
